Inman Circle

This modern 3 story, 5100 sf single family residence in Atlanta, GA was designed for comfortable living and working. Unique to this project was an existing pool and patio that was to be integrated into a new design on a very tight urban lot. The client also had extensive landscaping that had to remain, which created challenges and opportunities for molding the site. A waterwall fountain feature was a clever solution to mitigating the grade changes. An expansive 1200 sf roof deck opens up to skyline views of Atlanta’s Midtown. Other features are structural steel framing, lift and slide doors, and 2 story curtain walls.
