ABOUT JERRY

Principal

Jerry Goux is a an experienced design professional with over 30 years of experience in a range of project types. After completing his M.Arch from Georgia Tech’s College of Design, Jerry started his career working on large sports facilities and laboratories with Rosser International before starting his own Residential design-build practice, designing and building modern custom homes. Wtih 3 generations of builders before him, Jerry has always had a passion for making, which gives him a special ability to solve the technical challenges of visionary design.

ABOUT SHERRY

Principal

Sherry is an architecture and planning professional with over 20 years of experience. As a principal partner of Urban Studio for over 25 years, she has been involved in a broad range of project types ranging from residential to educational, as well as large and small scale urban design projects.  With degrees in architecture, planning, and building construction from Georgia Tech, her  multi-disciplinary background gives her a unique perspective for design in unique contexts, such as urban infill, renovation/adaptive reuse, and mixed-use development. Always a proponent of design informed by research, Sherry’s PhD focuses on the use of technology in evidence-based design and architectural innovation.

ABOUT TAHIRAH

Interior Deisgner

From devouring home décor magazines in her childhood to becoming an award-winning City Planner, the built environment has always been a passion of Tahirah’s. Tahirah has a Bachelor of Science in architecture and Master of City Planning both from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a licensed interior designer and has worked on residential, educational, and medical facilities as well as large and small urban design renewal projects. No matter what type or size project, her favorite part is always working with people. Everything she does, she does with the goal of making people’s lives easier and more beautiful.

ABOUT LYNN

Landscape Architect

Lynn has 25+ years experience designing sitescapes and landscapes for a wide range of project types, including residential, mixed-use, civic, and urban design. Lynn has a gift for coordinating between engineering and architecture to achieve a site that is wholly integrated with the overall vision for the project.  Additionally, Lynn has extensive expertise in waterfront residential projects and pools, coordinating all aspects of hardscapes, amenity selection, and landscapes.
